The Creative Approach to Well-Being

Session schedule

Session 1:  Vision Board.  We imagine what our vision is for the next six weeks.  Our vision board honors our journey.  Bodywork and grounding meditation.  (120 Minutes.)

Session 2:  Body Awareness:  The Unfolding Creative.  Using colors, we draw on figures to visually describe the sensations in our bodies.  As we receive bodywork, we notice sensations, and allow the process of noticing and describing be ever creative.  Eco-Fin Treatment for Hands.  (90 Minutes.)

Session 3:  Water is a great Healer.  Herbal Pedi-Care Foot Treatment.  Creating our own Healing Bath Salts.  (90 Minutes.)

Session 4:  Mandalas:  A Creative Approach for MindBodySpirit Integration.  Experimenting with Coloring and Drawing Mandalas.  Energetic Bodywork focusing on Polarity Therapy and Body Awareness.  (120 Minutes.)

Session 5:  Everyday Creative:  Infusing Creativity in all We Do.  ALTARing life.  Making Altars, seeing the beauty all around us.  Life as Celebration.  Bodywork focusing on Polarity Therapy and Body Awareness.  (120 Minutes.) 

Session 6:  Dancing Thru Life:  Creative Body Movement.  Soothing Relaxation Massage and Eco-Fin Foot Treatment.  (120 Minutes.)
