The Feel Good Idea Of The Day: Write About Your Day
Every night I have been writing about my day. I received the We'moon daily planner as a holiday gift. Since I use the calendar on my phone and computer for appointments, I decided I would write each evening about my day -- what I did, how I felt, what I read, etc.
Over the past five weeks I have noticed that this night time ritual feels like it feeds my soul. I am giving myself the opportunity to review my day and see it as a whole. If this process sounds intriguing to you, I encourage you to try it for a few weeks and see how it resonates with you.
The We'moon planner has a small space to write in (it's about 4 inches wide and 2 inches long), so I never feel like the task to write is burdensome.
