Taking a tea break is a nice way to put the brakes on.  The above picture shows me with my lovely Monet mug with my favorite Tulsi Rose tea.  This tea is so yummy.  I am also fond of mint tea, that would be my second choice.  I like to make myself tea-- it is an instant way to feel warmth and connection.  Tea time is a great way to take a siesta during the day.
