The Feel Good Idea Of The Day: Roll your Shoulders

When my shoulders get tight and bunchy, I like to roll them. I roll them backwards and then I roll them forward. It feels good to move them after I've been writing on my laptop for hours at a time. I put my work on pause, let my arms rest at my sides and move my shoulders around. Give it a try. It's very refreshing.
