The Feel Good Idea Of The Day: Keep a Gratitude Journal

I was just reading an article about the positive effects of a daily gratitude practice.  I am going to take a run at keeping a gratitude journal.  I think it is going to be awesome.  I am going to write a few things I am grateful for each day before I go to bed at night.  I started last night.  Check out what I wrote below.  What about you?  Is gratitude a practice for you?  It isn't something new for me, but this is the first time I am doing the gratitude journal with the intention of writing in it on a nightly basis.  What do you think, please share your experiences or ideas in the comments below.  You are part of The Feel Good Crew, and I am so pleased you are.  In fact…I am grateful for you.
