The Feel Good Idea Of The Day: Prepare a Delicious Breakfast

A delicious breakfast is a great way to begin the morning.  Breakfast is nourishing for our bodies, and helps lay the foundation for the entire day.   


My favorite way to prepare breakfast is to begin before I feel hungry.  I enjoy the process more.  Some of our favorite breakfasts are oatmeal served with toppings like fruit, nuts and yogurt.  Toast with eggs.  Cold cereal with banana.  We are always looking for new breakfast recipes.  Please share if you've got breakfast secrets!  Wishing a delicious breakfast for you.
